Can you introduce yourself in a few words?
I'm Danny – a videographer, "Ronin Chilli" founder, and outdoor enthusiast. From cameras to chilli, I blend visuals and flavours. Snowboarding and wild adventures fuel me. My next big assignment is shooting a mini-documentary for an artist building a spaceship at Burning Man.
What is your first memory of Opinel?
My first memory of Opinel takes me back to a day of adventure and culinary discovery. I was foraging for pine mushrooms with my friend and chef extraordinaire, Telina Menzies and some of her chefs from Australian Venue Co as we ventured through the woods in Victoria. Telina was using an Opinel No. 8. The blade effortlessly cut and cleaned the pine mushrooms we had just foraged, setting the stage for a delectable culinary experience that awaited us.
