FREE DELIVERY within New Zealand for all orders over $80
REGULAR POST:
Standard New Zealand Delivery is $12.95 NZD. The average delivery times for Standard delivery are: 15-20 Business days New Zealand wide.
EXPRESS POST:
Express New Zealand Delivery is $20.00 NZD. The average delivery times for standard delivery are 10-12 Business days.

For peace of mind, all packages are delivered via a tracked service.
Tip: If you work full-time during business hours, you may wish to provide your work address instead. Please include a business name with all business addresses.
PAYMENT VIA PAYPAL E-CHEQUE
Any orders placed using PayPal e-Cheque as the payment method will not be dispatched until the payment is cleared. These take between 3-5 business days to clear, and then processing and postage times will commence after this.

CHANGES TO ORDERS / CANCELLING ORDERS
Please be careful to check all billing and shipping information before an order is placed, as orders are processed quickly and changes are unable to be made once they've been received and accepted. This also includes changing styles, colours and/or sizes.
We may be able to cancel your order prior to dispatch, but we cannot guarantee this. Most orders are dispatched within 1-2 hours of receipt and we cannot cancel your order or make changes to your address after this time.

LATE DELIVERIES
You will receive your tracking number via email once your order has dispatched. When you input the tracking number into the online tracking system, you will be notified of the delivery ETA. There can occasionally be postal delays that unfortunately, are out of our control. If you have any concerns about your delivery, we suggest that you first contact the shipping provider and cite your tracking reference number.
If you have not received your tracking number or are having any issues with the delivery of your item, please contact Opinel New Zealand Customer Support.
ORDERS RETURNED TO SENDER
Please ensure your delivery information is correct when you process your order. If our service provider attempts delivery and are unsuccessful, please be sure to collect your package from the specified location within the nominated time frame. If your orders are returned to us as you have provided incorrect information or did not collect your package before it was returned, you may be charged a fee to have it shipped out again.
