1. Competition Period: The Opinel Australia Pumpkin Carving Competition ("Competition") runs from October 20, 2023, and concludes on October 31st, 2023 ("Competition Period").
2. Eligibility:

• The Competition is open to residents of Australia.
• Entrants must comply with the competition entry instructions provided in the competition announcement.
• All entrants must be 18 years of age or older to be eligible to win the 2021 Estate Shiraz bottle. The alcohol prize will only be sent to winners who can provide proof of identification confirming they are over 18.

3. How to Enter: To enter the Competition, participants must:

• Create a pumpkin carving as per the competition entry instructions.
• Capture a clear photograph of their pumpkin carving.
• Share the photograph on their public social media profile, tagging @opinelapac, and using the hashtag #OpinelCarveOff.

4. Judging and Prize Selection:

• The top 3 best pumpkin carvings will be selected by the Opinel Australia team. The judges' decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
• The winners of the Competition will be announced after the Competition Period has ended.

5. Prizes:

• The top 3 winners will each receive an Original No.08 Folding Knife and a 2021 Estate Shiraz bottle from Adina Vineyard (subject to proof of age).
• Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash or other items.
• Opinel Australia reserves the right to substitute the prizes for ones of equivalent value.

6. Notification of Winners:

• Winners will be notified on the platform where they submitted their entry (e.g., social media) after the judging process.
• To claim their prize, winners must provide their contact information and proof of age (for the wine prize) within seven (7) days of notification.

7. Disqualification:

• Opinel Australia reserves the right to disqualify any entry or entrant that does not comply with these Terms and Conditions or attempts to tamper with the Competition in any way.

8. Publicity and Use of Entries: By participating in the Competition, entrants grant Opinel Australia the right to use their entries, including photographs, for promotional purposes.
9. Privacy: Any personal information collected during the Competition will be used solely for the purpose of administering this Competition and will not be disclosed to any third party without the entrant's prior consent.
10. Modification and Termination: Opinel Australia reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Competition at any time for any reason without notice.
11. Applicable Law: These Terms and Conditions are governed by Australian law.

By participating in the Competition, entrants agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions and all decisions made by Opinel Australia.
