Constructed from hand-polished Sandvik 12C27 modified stainless steel, the blade exhibits a beautiful mirror finish. This high-quality material is anti-corrosive due to the inclusion of chrome and requires no special maintenance. With a carbon content of at least 0.40%, the blade offers an exceptional cutting edge that is easily sharpened.

The knife N°08 Ellipse has been imagined in our cabinetmaking workshop.

The raw and matt ebony is sublimated by a sheet of aluminum that highlights and illuminates the curve of the handle.

 

This handle is oiled. To revive the intensity of the wood, it is advisable to feed it with a clean cloth lightly moistened with cooking oil.
